Lauren Sims is an performance artist, stand-up comedian host, and motivational speaker. She currently hosts her own comedy room every Wednesday at Life Bistro in Atlanta, Ga. She produces content on YouTube channel, where she dives head-first into DIY art & crafting projects with a comedic spin. She explores the artistic flavor of the world's most beautiful destinations, and tells stories and jokes designed to advocate for creativity, spark laughter, and uplift any audience.

Lauren is a traveling performer and has performed comedy all over the U.S. and internationally. She’s a creative wellness facilitator collectively working with businesses of all kinds to reach their creative goals, improve mental health in the workplace, and empowering connections and improved communications amongst teams. She hosts "Lauren’s Laughing Lab" a creative wellness & curiosity workshop designed to improve company culture, communication, and creativity! Her creative lab is available and beneficial to group types of various age ranges interested in developing healthy curiosity, mindfulness practices and ignite their creative energy and increase creative ideation.
